- A whole-body herbal oil massage involving head, face, and body is followed by a soothing steam bath. It relieves fatigue, removes toxins, and enhances sleep, strength, complexion, and luster.

PODIKKIZHI (BUNDLE MASSAGE)

- A whole-body bundle massage using herbal powders that are heated in herbal oil and then rhythmically massaged over the body. Highly effective in treating rheumatism, swellings, and musculo-skeletal problems.

NAVARAKKIZHI (RICE MASSAGE)

PIZHICHIL (MEDICINAL BODY BATH)

UDVARTHANAM (POWDER MASSAGE)

SNEHA VASTI (OIL RETENTION)

- Vasti means medicated enema therapy. Medicated oil is pushed into rectum where it is allowed to stay for a considerable period of time. Alleviates neurological and musculoskeletal disorders, chronic constipation, and digestive problems.

KASHAYA VASTI (DECOCTION RETENTION)

- Considered as King of Panchakarma treatments where medicated decoction is pushed into rectum. Alleviates various neurological and musculoskeletal disorders.

SIROVASTHI (OIL RETENTION ON HEAD)

- The lukewarm herbal oil is poured into a cap fitted on the head and allowed to stay for certain period. It is highly effective in treating facial palsy, cerebral palsy, chronic headaches, Vata disorders, and dryness of the face, nose, and mouth.

THALAPOTHICHIL (HEAD CROWNING)
