Dr. Harshad Damodaran has been working in the Ayurveda hospitality sector since 2010 and has invariably contributed the efficacy of this natural healing to guests all over the world. He had earlier worked as a chief ayurvedic consultant at ABAD Hotels and Resorts for 11 years, managing their six wellness centres across Kerala under the aegis of Dhanwanthari Vaidyasala. He holds his B.A.M.S. (Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery) graduation from the Government Ayurveda College, Tripunithura, in Kerala.

He had achieved AAPC (American Academy of Professional Coders) certification in medical coding in 2022 and has also worked as a medical scribe at Microsoft Nuance. His knowledge of traditional and modern science has enabled him to attend to the details of the patient's needs, thus addressing their wellness to the best of his ability
